Will they fit in my shoes?
Our Full Length Orthotics are designed for shoes with a removable insole, such as athletic and running shoes. The Half Length Orthotics are ideal for shoes without removable insoles, or for tighter fitting shoes like dress shoes, boots, and flats. The Bundle includes both, so you’re covered for every pair.
Can they help with pain?
SOLE5 5Tech™ support system is engineered for advanced support and targeted pain relief. Designed to help relieve common causes of foot pain including plantar fasciitis, heel pain, arch pain, and foot fatigue by providing targeted arch support and heel cushioning.
How do I know my size?
Use the size chart on each product page to match your shoe size with the correct SOLE5 orthotics size. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Our insoles can also be trimmed for a precise fit.
How fast is shipping?
We offer free shipping across Australia and internationally. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched same day, all other orders are dispatched within 1 business day, so you can get your SOLE5 orthotics as quickly as possible.
Do you offer returns?
Yes, we offer returns on unopened products if you change your mind. For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns once the packaging has been opened.
