Use & Wear-in Process
Remove the existing insoles from your shoes, trim your Full Length Orthotic Insoles to size, and insert them into your shoes. To allow your feet and joints to adjust to the support, we recommend a gradual wear in period.

A custom engineered metatarsal dome is designed to provide additional support to the ball of the foot and toe joints.

Our integrated guidelines create an easy way to ensure a perfect fit to your footwear.
Remove your current insole and use it as a template to find the guideline that fits your size. Then simply use scissors to trim along the line.
