Wear-In Process

Transitioning to your SOLE5 orthotic insoles may take some time for your feet to adjust.

  • Adapting

    • You've been moving the same way your whole life.
    • It's normal to experience a period of adaptation.
    • Wearing your orthotics in gradually is key to avoiding potential discomfort.

  • One Hour Per Day

    • Begin by wearing your orthotics for one hour on the first day.
    • Incrementally increase the duration by one hour each day following.

  • Take Your Time

    • This gradual approach, spanning up to four weeks, allows your body to adjust to the orthotic support.
    • Minimising the potential risk of pain and discomfort.

  • Don't Be Too Active Too Soon

    • It's advisable to refrain from using them for running or sports during this adjustment period.

  • Move Free

    • Once you are accustomed to the orthotics, you can confidently incorporate them into your active lifestyle. e
    • Enjoy The Freedom to Move unrestricted by pain or discomfort.

Full Length Orthotic Insole

  • Remove current insole from your shoe. 

  • Align the shoe insole with the underneath of your SOLE5 orthotic.

  • Using scissors and the integrated guidelines, simply cut around your insole using it as a template. 

  • Insert SOLE5 orthotic into your shoe.

Half Length Orthotic Insole

  • Simply place your SOLE5 half length orthotic inside your shoe on top of the existing insole.
