Wear-in Process

Transitioning to your SOLE5 orthotic insoles may take some time for your feet to adjust.

  • It's normal to experience a period of adaptation, and wearing them in gradually is key to avoiding discomfort.

  • Begin by wearing your orthotics for one hour on the first day and incrementally increase the duration by one hour each day following.

  • This gradual approach, spanning up to two weeks, allows your body to adjust to the orthotic support, minimising the risk of pain and discomfort.

  • It's advisable to refrain from using them for running or sports during this adjustment period.

  • Once you are accustomed to the orthotics, you can confidently incorporate them into your active lifestyle, enjoying The Freedom to Move comfortably.
