Both of our orthotic styles provide the same level of arch support. Your choice simply comes down to the shoes you wear and the activities you do. Read our blog to help you decide.
Do they fit most shoes?
Our range is designed to fit nearly every style of shoe. Fitting your most casual styles, through to your most sporty shoes. Although, we do not recommend wearing them in high heels or shoes without an enclosed heel.
When do I wear them?
All the time. They’re designed to be used all day, every day, in all of your shoes.
What can I expect once they are in my shoes?
Transitioning to wearing orthotics may take some time for your feet to adjust. It's normal to experience a period of adaptation, and wearing them in gradually is key to avoiding discomfort. Follow our recommendations and guidelines on our Fitting here.
How do I keep them clean?
Maintaining your SOLE5 orthotic insoles is simple. To keep clean, wipe them with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking or submerging them in water, as excessive moisture can damage certain materials.
How often do they need to be replaced?
Orthotics generally have a lifespan of 12 months. Regularly assess the condition of your orthotics. If you notice any wear, reduced support, or the recurrence of pain, it's time to consider replacing them to maintain optimal performance.
