December Update | Cheers to All of Our 2025 Achievements!
What’s up SOLE5 Society! (We’re still trying to work out the best name. Please send through any suggestions)

December has been absolutely awesome for us and by far our most successful month yet. It has been incredibly rewarding to see you guys out there using our orthotics to smash goals and achieve such incredible things. Keep the tags on social media coming, we love to see it!

Our blog is also cruising along nicely and we have been working hard getting it loaded up with helpful content from our podiatrists. Every month we will keep filling it with super helpful information that we have learnt and developed over 20 years in the industry. Get around it.

Last month we talked about designing a running shirt for an upcoming event. Hopefully you have now seen the final product on our socials! We had an incredible time at the Victor Harbor Half Marathon and the Pog Mahones crew absolutely smashed it. PB’s were getting crushed, with a couple of the guys going sub 90 minutes on their half marathons, and a 5km PB was smashed too. Personally I think it was all in the sick running shirts and their SOLE5 orthotics, but I’m biased. Maybe the crew is just quick!

We put together a couple of reels on our socials to highlight the Pog Mahones crew and some of the SOLE5 team. We tried really hard to capture the good fun community vibes from the day. We think we achieved just that and it was so fun to be out there laughing and having such a good time with everyone. We’re super excited to keep on getting involved with local communities and events. We’re already brainstorming where we can go and what we can do next.

My Monthly Recommendation - Injinji Sport Original Weight Crew Socks

Blisters are never fun. We’ve all had them and we all do everything that we can to try and avoid them. As someone with pancake flat feet I feel like I’ve always been extra prone to developing super painful blisters on my runs… Until I started using Injinji’s toe socks. Honestly these things have changed my life. I’m out there running more KMs than before and blister free too. 10/10 would recommend.

Move Free.
