What to Expect
Transitioning to your body’s improved alignment may take some time & it’s advised to wear-in your orthotics gradually. Starting with 1 hour of wear, & incrementally increasing by 1 hour each day allows muscle activation to happen gradually & helps minimise any potential discomfort.
