Our Full Length Orthotics are designed for shoes with a removable insole, such as athletic and running shoes.

How do I know my size?

Use the size chart on this page to match your shoe size to the correct SOLE5 size. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Our Full Length Orthotic can also be trimmed for a precise fit.

Can they help with pain?

SOLE5 5Tech™ support system is engineered for advanced support and targeted pain relief. Designed to help relieve common causes of foot pain including plantar fasciitis, heel pain, arch pain, and foot fatigue by providing targeted arch support and heel cushioning.

How long does it take to see results?

Many customers notice improved comfort and support within the first 1–2 weeks of wear. As your feet adjust to proper arch support, a short break in period may be normal, so we recommend gradually increasing wear time over the first few days.

Do I remove my existing insole?

Yes, for the best fit and support, we recommend removing your shoe’s existing removable insoles before inserting your Full Length Orthotic Insoles.

Do you offer returns?

Yes, we offer returns on unopened products if you change your mind. For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns once the packaging has been opened.
