What to Expect
Transitioning to your body’s improved alignment may take some time & it’s advised to wear-in your orthotics gradually. Starting with 1 hour of wear, and incrementally increasing by 1 hour each day allows muscle activation to happen gradually & helps minimise any potential discomfort.

Will the Half Length fit in my existing shoes?
Our Half Length was thoughtfully designed to fit most shoes in your wardrobe. Designed to go on top of your shoes existing insole or if it feels too snug, simply remove the original insole.

Extremely helpful for my running, lifts the arches up, took away all niggles and pain in the lower calf area. Great for my flat feet.

My ASICS insoles were absolutely worn out. The sole 5 orthotics are good as gold for a replacement. In my opinion, they are so much more supportive than the insoles from the ASICS.
