Transitioning to your body’s improved alignment may take some time & it’s advised to wear-in your orthotics gradually. Starting with 1 hour of wear, & incrementally increasing by 1 hour each day allows muscle activation to happen gradually & helps minimise any potential discomfort.

I had plantar fasciitis and my podiatrist recommended your orthotics. They have in my opinion healed my plantar fasciitis. I wear them all the time in my sneakers, shoes, slippers and since wearing them I have been free from pain. I really highly recommend them to anyone.

My ASICS insoles were absolutely worn out. The sole 5 orthotics are good as gold for a replacement. In my opinion, they are so much more supportive than the insoles from the ASICS.
