What to Expect
Transitioning to your body’s improved alignment may take some time & it’s advised to wear-in your orthotics gradually. Starting with 1 hour of wear, & incrementally increasing by 1 hour each day allows muscle activation to happen gradually & helps minimise any potential discomfort.

Are SOLE5 orthotics podiatrist-designed?
Yes. SOLE5 is podiatrist-founded and TGA registered, designed with proper foot support in mind rather than generic comfort insoles.
What's the difference between the Full Length and Half Length?
Our Full Length Orthotic Insole provides total foot control. The addition of a custom engineered metatarsal dome offers extra support to the ball of the foot and toe joints. Our Half Length Orthotics provide targeted heel and arch support without covering the toes. This means it takes up less space in your shoe, making it compatible with almost any shoe.
Are these orthotic insoles good for flat feet?
