What to Expect
Transitioning to your body’s improved alignment may take some time & it’s advised to wear-in your orthotics gradually. Starting with 1 hour of wear, and incrementally increasing by 1 hour each day allows muscle activation to happen gradually & helps minimise any potential discomfort.

You can tell they are made by experts. These orthotics are perfectly balanced, with firm arch support but also soft cushioning to reduce that "hard feeling" you get with some insoles. These are a quality insoles, not cheap knock offs.
